My Approach

Meeting you exactly where you are.

Make positive changes from a place of compassion, understanding, and awareness.

Katie works collaboratively with her clients to release body shame and blame, strengthen the mind-body connection, and gain body trust in order to feel confident, joyful and empowered.

She helps clients reclaim their power and food freedom by unlearning diet culture’s harmful messages, learning relevant nutrition science, and shifting towards a positive relationship with food.

Explore your relationship with food, movement and body.

Address concerns holistically and with curiosity and compassion.

Work towards tangible goals to feel optimal mentally, physically, and emotionally.
