About me, Katie.
My strong desire to be in service to others along their path to wellbeing has lead me here.
Nature was my first love. Then ballet. Then yoga, dietetics, fitness, art, mindfulness and spirituality… It was not until I took a holistic approach to health, bringing consciousness to every aspect of wellness, that I learned how to weave together all of the above to become my most embodied self yet. I left my professional dance career to pursue dietetics and yoga. I continue to collect new modalities and insights to help others seeking guidance along their holistic wellness journey.
Hobbies: dancing of any kind, painting, collecting shells, hiking, paddle boarding, house music, and playing with Frankie (the orange and white dog).
